About mailbox assignment

The Mailbox Assignment Administration screen lets you define which users can access which mailboxes.

Select users

Click Browse to select a User to add to the Mailbox field.

Click the user you want to select. Or, search for users by typing your criteria in the Login Name field or Display Name field, and then click Search to view a list of users that match your search criteria.

On the Mailbox Assignment Administration screen, click Search to view the list of mailboxes assigned to the user you selected.

Click Browse next to the right-hand Name box to view a Mailbox Name list, or the Group Box to view a Group Name list.

Or, click Select All to select all mailboxes shown on the current page.

Click Assign to assign the selected mailbox(s) to the currently selected user.
