This embedded view is part of the Resource Utilization Details view, which appears when you select the Resource Utilization Details title or Details link in the upper right corner of the Resource Utilization view for an individual Exchange Server on the Exchange Explorer dashboard.
Table 102. Network view Network Interface. Displays a list of network interfaces available on the selected DC. Selecting a network interface in this view displays the following metrics for the selected interface.
• Available Bandwidth. This counter displays the current percentage of bandwidth that is available.
• Bandwidth. This graph charts the network bandwidth for the selected network interface. It provides a comparison against the computed average for the specified time interval.
• Output Queue Length. This graph charts the length of the output queue over the specified time interval. It provides a comparison of this counter against the computed average.
• Send & Receive Rates. These pulse gauges display the rate at which data is sent and received over the selected network interface.
• Packet Outbound Errors. This graph charts the number of outbound packets that could not be transmitted due to errors. It provides a comparison of this counter against the fatal, critical and warning levels.
This embedded view is part of the Exchange Server AD Health view, which appears when an individual Exchange Server is selected in the Exchange Infrastructure on the Exchange Explorer. Select the AD Health navigation tab.
Table 103. Processes LDAP Read Time view Processes LDAP Read Time. This graph charts the time it takes to send an LDAP read request and receive a response. It provides a comparison against the fatal, critical and warning threshold levels.
Table 104. Resource Utilization view CPU Load. This counter indicates the total CPU load per second for the selected server. CPU Utilization. This graph charts CPU utilization for the selected server over the specified time interval. It provides a comparison of the CPU Utilization counter against the defined warning, critical, and fatal threshold levels. Network I/O. This counter displays the rate at which data is coming in and going out over the network interface on the selected server. Network Utilization. This graph charts the following metrics over the specified time interval:
• Send Rate. Displays how many bytes of data are being sent to the NIC each second.
• Receive Rate. Displays how many bytes of data are coming in from the NIC each second. Total Memory. This button displays the maximum capacity of memory on the selected sever. Memory In Use. This button displays the actual amount of physical memory currently being used. Memory Utilization. This graph charts the memory utilization for the selected server over the specified time interval. It provides a comparison of the Consumed Memory counter against the computed average. Disk I/O. This counter displays the rate at which the disk I/O system on the selected server is processing disk reads and writes. Disk Utilization. This graph charts the following metrics over the specified time interval:
• Read Rate. Displays the rate at which data is being read by the disk.
• Write Rate. Displays the rate at which data is being written to the disk.
• Details link. Displays the Resource Utilization Details view for the selected server.
• The Exchange Roles Environment Summary (All Exchange Roles) view which appears when you select the Roles tile in the Exchange Environment dashboard, and select Summary from the Object Tree view.
• The Exchange Roles Explorer Summary (All Roles) view which appears when you select the Roles object container in the Exchange Infrastructure view of the Exchange Explorer dashboard.
