Exchange Sites Environment Summary (All Sites) view

Foglight for Exchange : Foglight for Exchange views : Site views : Exchange Sites Environment Summary (All Sites) view
The Exchange Sites Environment Summary (All Sites) view displays a site tile for each site in your environment that is hosting one or more Exchange servers. It provides summary data about the Exchange roles being performed within each site. It also displays the number of roles in each of the alarm states (fatal, critical, and warning) for each site.

How to get here
1
From the Foglight navigation panel, select Dashboards > Exchange > Exchange Environment.

From the Monitoring tab, select the Sites tile.
3
From the Object Tree view, select Summary.
The Exchange Sites Environment Summary (All Sites) view appears in the Object Summary view of the Site Quick View on the Exchange Environment dashboard.
To view metrics and data about an individual site, select the site’s name from the Object Tree view.

The Exchange Site Environment Summary view displays information about the selected site, lists the Exchange roles being performed in the selected site, and displays more detailed environment information about the Exchange servers in the selected site.

How to get here
1
From the Foglight navigation panel, select Dashboards > Exchange > Exchange Environment.

From the Monitoring tab, select the Sites tile.

From the Object Tree view, select an individual site object.
The Exchange Site Environment Summary view appears in the Object Summary view of the Site Quick View on the Exchange Environment dashboard.

The Exchange Sites Explorer Summary (All Sites) view displays detailed resource metrics and information about the Exchange servers in all monitored sites in our Exchange environment.

How to get here
1
From the Foglight navigation panel, select Dashboards > Exchange > Exchange Explorer.
2
From the Exchange Infrastructure panel (under Dashboards in the navigation panel), select the Sites object container.
The Exchange Sites Explorer Summary (All Sites) view appears in the Primary View on the Exchange Explorer dashboard.

The Exchange Site Explorer Summary view displays more detailed resource metrics and information about the Exchange servers in the selected site.

How to get here
1
From the Foglight navigation panel, select Dashboards > Exchange > Exchange Explorer.

Use one of the following methods to display this view:
•
From the Exchange Infrastructure view (under Dashboards in the navigation panel), select an individual site object.
•
From the Sites tile (at the top of the Summary view), select the Sites icon, title or count. On the Sites Inventory dialog, select an individual Site object.

Select the Summary navigation tab.
The Exchange Site Explorer Summary view appears in the Primary view on the Exchange Explorer dashboard.

NOTE: You can also click the Explorer link on that site’s Exchange Site Environment Summary view to display this view.
Embedded views
The Exchange Site Explorer Summary view displays a site tile for the selected Exchange site.

A site tile displays the following information:
•
name of the site
•
number of users in the site
•
number of site alarms in each state
•
number of Mailbox roles in the site and number of roles in each alarm state
•
number of other Exchange roles in the site and number of roles in each alarm state
In addition to the site tile, this view is made up of the following embedded views:
•
Servers In This Site view
•
Top 3 CPU Consumers view
•
Top 3 Memory Consumers view
•
Top 3 Network Consumers view
•
Top 3 Storage Consumers view
•
Roles Explorer view
•
Alarms view
