The CSR Lists Tab

The CSR Lists Tab

From here you can add, remove, or change the display order of tabs in an existing list group or create new list groups.

Defining List Groups

From here you can create an unlimited number of list groups.

To create a list group:

On the CSR List tab of the Personal Configuration window, click Add/Delete....
Stat opens the Select List Group dialog box.

Type the name of the new list group. Then click Add.
The new list group is displayed in the Group field on the CSR List tab.

In the Available Lists field, click on the arrow and select the tab list containing the tab or tabs you want to add.

Double-click on the tab you want to add to your list group, or select the tab and click Add >>.

Click OK.
To delete a list group:

On the CSR List tab, click Add/Delete....

In the Select List Group dialog box, select the list group you want to delete. Then click Delete....
Stat displays a message box prompting you to confirm the deletion.

In the message box, click Yes.

NOTE: The Default list group cannot be deleted. All users must have the Default list group.
Adding, Removing, and Changing Tabs
To add tabs:

In the Group field, select the list group you want.

In the Available Lists field, select the type of list you want. If you want to see all the available lists, select All Lists from the drop down menu.

Double-click on the desired tab, or select it and click Add>>.
The tab is moved to the Group field and the icon changes to a tab folder to indicate that it is a personal tab.
To remove tabs:

In the Personal Configuration window, select the list group you want in the Group field.

Select the tab you want to remove and click <<Remove, or drag the tab from the right column and drop it in the left column.
The tab is removed from the list on the right and the item picture is changed from a tab folder icon to the appropriate picture.
To change the tab sequence:

In the Personal Configuration window, click and hold on the tab you want to move.

Drag and drop the tab at the desired position.

NOTE: To save changes, click Apply. To save and return to the Support Console, click OK. To abandon your changes, click Cancel.

The List Options Tab

The List Options Tab

This tab lets you customize the appearance and behavior of the tabs.

Show Tab Tips

When working in the console, if you position your mouse over a tab, a pop-up window appears displaying the entire name of the tab. You can disable this capability by deselecting Show Tab Tips.

Show Tab Pictures

Each tab can be displayed with or without an icon. Icons are visual clues that help you recognize the tab type. For example, user tabs are preceded by an icon of a human face, whereas tasks are preceded by a checkmark icon. Deselecting the Show Tab Pictures removes the icons from the tabs.

Multi-Line Tabs

If this item is selected, the tabs “wrap” to show all of the tabs in the window, using multiple rows if necessary. If deselected, there is one row of tabs. If additional tabs exist that are not displayed on the row, a set of scrolling arrows appears.

Abbreviate Tab Labels

This option truncates long tab labels to a specified number of characters. For example, if set to 20, the label “Department of Fiscal Responsibility” appears as “Department of Fiscal....” Use the scroll buttons to increase or decrease this value.

CSR List Refresh Rate

This setting controls how often Stat alerts you of changes to CSRs, tasks, and projects. The minimum and maximum allowable settings are defined by your system administrator.

CAUTION: If the settings you choose are outside the range established by the system administrator, Stat uses the closest allowed setting.

Migration Console

The Migration Console displays information regarding past and present migrations. The console initially displays only the migrations you have run, but you can expand the list to see migrations performed by all users.

Main Console Window

By default, the console displays all the migration jobs that have been submitted to the Stat Central Agent within the last 7 days, but this time frame can be modified by system administrators.

Select the Show All Migrations option to view all the migrations run by all users.

From here you can print or export the list by pressing the appropriate button. You can also filter the list using SQL commands. For PeopleSoft users, you can check the lock status of staging databases.

The main console window displays the following information about a migration. Double-click a migration to see more detailed information, including log reports, approval statuses, and the migration status of individual objects.

The number that identifies the migration.

Status

The current status of the migration. Options include:

Scheduled

PS Waiting for Lock (PeopleSoft only)

PS Lock Removed (PeopleSoft only)

Canceled

OA Generation Error (Oracle Apps only)

Submitted

Completed

In Process

PS Pending (PeopleSoft only)

PS in Process (PeopleSoft only)

Complete with Warning

Complete with Error

Waiting for Pre-Step

Waiting for Post-Step

Auto

(PeopleSoft) Indicates if the archive set was auto-migrated.

Schedule Date

If the migration was scheduled, the scheduled date and time

Start Date

Date and time the Stat Central Agent began migrating the archive set.

End Date

Date and time the Stat Central Agent completed migrating the archive set.

Duration

How long it took to complete the migration in hours, minutes, and seconds

Description

The description of the migration, either the Stat-assigned default description or the description the user assigned.

Archive ID

CSR archive set number.

Target Environment

The environment the archive set was migrated to.

Release

The release label assigned to the archive sets.

Module

The change management module in which the migration took place. Options include PeopleSoft, Generic Applications, and Oracle Applications.

Migration Type

Indicates how the migration was initiated. Options include: CSR Migration (drag and drop), Rapid Recovery, Release Recovery, Mass Migration, Point-to-Point, Archive Sync, and Object Sync.

Stage Environment

(PeopleSoft) the environment in which the PeopleSoft objects in the archive set were staged.

Staged

(PeopleSoft) Indicates if the PeopleSoft objects in the archive set were copied to the Staging database.

PS Project

(PeopleSoft) The PeopleSoft project that the archive set is associated with. This field is blank if the archive set did not include any PeopleSoft proprietary objects or if only the file objects of the archive set were migrated.

Canceled By

If the migration was canceled, the user who canceled it.

Submit Date

The date and time the migration job was submitted to the Stat Central Agent.

Migrator

The user who ran the migration.
