Find a Single Replication Map

You can find a single Replication Map by doing one of the following.

·Search for a specific map by URL - do so by typing it into the Find Maps' Map URL section.

·Expand the available maps listed under the Frequent Maps or Customized Maps option, by selecting the + symbol, displaying all the maps for a Map Family.

By selecting the (...) next to the name of a specific map from the available lists, you can also perform various actions for the map - these include Configuring the map, Managing Replication Rules, and Synchronizing Content for the map.

Show Customized Replication Maps

Select the Customized Maps button in order to display all Replication Maps that have been customized from the default settings inherited from the Parent Map.

Reset Customized Maps

This parameter allows customized Replication Maps to be set back to their default settings. Select the check box for the customized Replication Maps you wish to restore, and click Reset Customized Maps.

The reset customized Maps function only restores attributes specified on the Configure Map Family page.

Manage Content Synchronization Jobs

The Manage Content Synchronization Jobs page allows users to manage scheduled queue jobs. This page is accessed by selecting Manage Content Sync Jobs on the Manage Map Family page.

Refer to the following table for information about the Manage Content Synchronization Jobs screen.

Parameter

Description

Web Application

Displaying jobs for the selected web application.

Run Selected Job Now

Prompts the selected synchronization job to run immediately.

Remove Selected Map Job

Removes the selected synchronization job.

Job Name

The Synchronization Job's name.

Type

The type of content synchronization being performed by this job.

Map Family Name

The parent map family name for which this job is being applied.

Map Name

The map name for which this job is being applied.

Status

The current status of the Synchronization Job.

Schedule

The type of schedule that has been configured for this synchronization job.

Next Scheduled

The date when the job is set to run next. Time shown in UTC.

Last Run

The last time the job was run. Time shown in UTC.

Sync Status

The current status of the synchronization job, only applicable for differential sync jobs.

Actions

Selection Edit Job will open the Configure Content Synchronization Job page for this specific job, allowing users to edit the job.

Report

Reports are only available for Differential Synchronization Jobs. Click Report will generate a report that can be used to see what the differences between the source and target are.
