Stored Procedures Requested chart

Use this chart to track the number of stored procedures requested.

If the volume of requests has steadily increased, and the Procedure Cache Hit Rate has gone down, it is likely that increasing the size of the Procedure Cache will improve the cache hit rate and positively impact overall server performance.

A steady increase in stored procedures requested may indicate an overall increase of user activity. Check other server resources to make sure there are no other capacity issues in the Adaptive Server that may need to be adjusted to reflect the increased activity (locks, connections, data caches, etc.).
