BFURand

Description:	Returns a unique (non-repeating) random integer ranging between 1 and nMax. Each virtual user gets a different seed value to generate unique sequences for each run.
Parameters:	nMax-The maximum integer to be returned.
Syntax:	$BFURand(nMax)
Example:	$BFURand(100) ; returns 78 the first time this function executes, and 50, and 19 for subsequent executions of this function.
