System CPU Usage alarm

The System % gauge in the CPU panel displays the percentage of time the CPU is in the "System" state, across all CPUs.

A high value may indicate that the machine is under-configured for its workload. Further investigation is required to determine if it is a problem.

The type of alarm that is activated is determined by the percentage of time the CPU is in the System state.
