This screen appears only if you told the wizard (in the Specify How to Find Notes Archives screen) to Scan file system directories to look for users' archives.
Directories must be specified here as UNC paths.
Specify the directory subtree(s) where the wizard should look for users' archives, and click Next.
When the Root directories list contains all the subtrees you want the wizard to search (and no others), click Next to advance to the next screen.
This screen lets you tell the wizard whether it should determine file ownership by checking the Manager entry(ies) in a file's Access Control List (ACL), if it can't determine ownership by the file profile.
Examine ACLs to determine owner: Mark the checkbox to enable this optional feature, or unmark it to disable the feature.
If you enable this feature, you may also specify a list of administrative users for the wizard to disregard when it consults the ACLs. Many organizations routinely list one or more admins as co-Managers of all (or most) files, but you can tell the program to ignore any such admin Manager(s) who you expect to appear in the file ACLs, but who are not the true owners of the files. To add one or more new names to the "ignore" list, click the Add button to display a selection dialog box: Select Administrative Users to Ignore (described separately in next topic below). That dialog box is a pop-up that lets you prepare a list of admin names to add to the "ignore" list, and then returns you to this screen when you click OK.
You can also select one or more names in the "ignore" list and click Remove Selected to remove them from the list of admin users to ignore.
When the entries on this screen correctly specify how file ownership should be determined, click Next to advance to the Generating Task screen.

The names you specify in the Selected Users list of this dialog box will be added to the "ignore list" on the preceding screen.
