Welcome to Foglight for SNMP

Foglight for SNMP extends Foglight for Infrastructure by introducing the ability to monitor a broader set of hosts and devices that the Infrastructure agent does not currently support. Foglight for SNMP supports SNMP versions 1, 2c, and 3. Use Foglight for SNMP for the following monitoring activities:

• Monitor MIB-II compliant devices on your network.
• Perform remote monitoring of logical domains (LDoms).

These Release Notes cover known issues, system requirements, licensing and other important information relating to the 5.9.5 release of Foglight for SNMP. Review all sections before starting the installation.
