Store Transport view

This embedded view is part of the Exchange Server Roles view (Mailbox role > Optional tab).

This view consists of two tables. The first table displays metrics about each store interface, while the second one shows information about individual mail submissions. By default, the view displays only the mail submission table. To collect and display the store interface metrics, you must enable the Store Transport Group in the Information Store Detail section of the Metrics Management dashboard.

This view displays transport metrics associated with the Information Store on the selected Exchange server, which are gathered and displayed when the Store Transport Group is enabled.

The first table in this view displays the following metrics for each store interface:

ROP Requests Outstanding. The total number of outstanding remote operations (ROP) requests.
RPC Latency Average. The average latency of RPC requests.
RPC Requests Failed Percent. The percentage of failed requests in the total number of RPC requests.
RPC Requests Outstanding. The total number of outstanding RPC requests.
RPC Requests Sent. The current rate at which RPC requests are sent per second.
Slow Requests. The percentage of slow RPC requests among all RPC requests.
Slow Requests Latency. The average latency of RPC requests.

The second table in this view displays the following metrics for each mail submission:

Hub Servers in Retry. The number of Hub Transport servers in retry mode.
Temporary Submission Failures. The number of temporary submission failures per second.

Store User Load view

To display this view, enable the Store User Load Group in the Information Store Detail section of the Metrics Management dashboard. When this collection group is enabled, this view is added to the Mailbox views on the Roles navigation tab in the Exchange Explorer dashboard.

This view displays user load metrics associated with the Information Store on the selected Exchange server, which are gathered when the Store User Load collection group is enabled.

User Count. This graph charts the average time it is taking to process an event in the Calendar Attendant.

Replication Receive Queue Size. This counter displays the number of messages in the public store’s receive queue.

Summary and Resource Information view

This embedded view is part of the Exchange Server Explorer Summary view.

This view displays the following information about the selected Exchange server:

Server Name. Displays the name of the selected Exchange server.

IP Address. Displays the IP address of the selected Exchange server.

Operating System. Displays the operating system running on the selected server.

Exchange Version. Displays the Exchange version running on the selected server.

Domain. Displays the domain to which this server belongs.

Site. Displays the name of the site to which the selected server belongs.

Processors. Displays the number of CPUs on the selected server.

Memory Capacity. Displays the memory capacity of the selected server.

Network Interfaces. Displays the number of network interfaces available on the selected server.

Physical Disks. Displays the number of physical disk drives on the selected server.

Top 3 CPU Consumers view

This embedded view is part of the Exchange Servers Explorer Summary (All Exchange Servers) view, Exchange Sites Explorer Summary (All Sites) view, and Exchange Site Explorer Summary view.

The graph charts the CPU utilization for the top three Exchange servers in the selected object container or site. The list at the bottom of this view displays the top three Exchange servers that are consuming the most CPU processor time during the specified time interval.
