During a Migration using On Demand Migration the following error may be seen in the events:
Microsoft.Graph.ServiceException: Code: Authorization_RequestDenied Message: Insufficient privileges to complete the operation. -
Resolução
To resolve this please go to the Tenants section the On Demand Portal and regrant the following consents:
- Logon to ODM
- Select the Organization if there are multiple
- Click on Tenants from the left navigation pan
- Click the Edit Consents button for the source tenant
- Under the Migration heading, click the Re-grant for the following
- Migration - Basic
- Migration - Mailbox Migration
- Migration - SharePoint
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the target tenant
