Quest ODM Product Team is constantly rolling out several new product updates over ongoing deployments to address on some reported issues, which may be the reason on why user is getting erratic results from recent ODM migration, hence kindly put these new program changes to immediately take effect by regranting ODM Consents.
Kindly first run this below "Regrant ODM Consents" procedure before resuming on your ODM migration:
A) Ensure that both your ODM Migration Service Accounts are assigned as "Global Administrator" at source and target.
B) Regrant ODM Consents with both your ODM Migration Service Accounts using UPN in this format of Microsoft default domains "*.onmicrosoft.com":
