Troubleshooting QSA--20301--No response from server errors (4273169)

Scheduling the script in LiveReorg can error out if can not establish connection with QSA. This applies to both LiveReorg and Space Manager 4.0x

1. Try File-->Admin-->Start Server. If this reports an error, it may provide additional information on the cause of the error
2. Log into the server and check to see if qexecd process is running.
Run ./QSAStop.sh and ./QSAStart.sh (both of these are located in QSA Install Directory on the server under /Quest/QSA/<SID>/bin directory.
3. Try running ./qexecd -v from the QSA Install Directory/bin. There could be some dynamic linking problems.
4. Check for the libclntsh file in the QSA lib directory.
It should be pointing to $ORACLE_HOME/lib/libclntsh.something. Make sure it is pointing to the right $ORACLE_HOME
5. Check for multiple oratab files. LiveReorg is serching for /etc/oratab and then for /var/opt/oracle/oratab.
If there are multiple oratab files, make certain that they are identical and are pointing to correct $ORACLE_HOME
6. Examine the QSAInstall Directory config/qexecd.config file.
Make certain that ORACLE_HOME, ORACLE_SID and the login information is correct
