DCOM Identity for MAgE constantly requires resetting despite following KB 135009
Descrição

MAgE logs the following error:
"The server process could not be started because the configured identity is incorrect"
After following KB 135009 (https://support.quest.com/migration-manager-for-exchange/kb/135009) the problem will initially be resolved only to reoccur some time later seemingly at random.
Additionally the following error may be observed in the event log:
Event ID: 10004 Source: DCOM
DCOM got error "Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password." and was unable to logon
Causa

Log on as a batch job privilege is not set for the Identity of the "Migration Agent for Exchange MAPI Assistant" COM + application service.
Entering the credentials again will grant this right but Group policy may be subsequently removing this right.
Resolução

Enter the username and password again for the Identity even if they have not changed, this will grant the Log on as a batch job privilege.
Ensure Group Policy is not removing the right for the respective identity. For more information see:
