Printing CSR Reports and Lists

From the CSRs tab you can print the list of the CSRs displayed on the tab, or you can print the details of individual CSRs in the form of a CSR report.

To print the CSR list, click Print List, or right-click in the CSR tab and in the pop-up menu, select Print List.

To print a CSR report:

In the CSRs tab, right-click on the CSR you want and in the pop-up menu select Print CSR. Or select it and click Print CSR.
This opens the CSR Print Options dialog box, which prompts you to specify the amount of detail you want to include in the report.
You can print a standard report with general information about the CSR, or you can print a report that includes confidential detail log entries and system-generated log entries.

Select the options you want. Then click Print.

The Task/Activity Tab

The Task/Activity Tab

The Task/Activity tab displays a list of all project tasks. It is similar to the Task/Time tab on a CSR window with the exception that this list has an additional column indicating the number of the CSR to which the task belongs.

NOTE: If you want to sort a particular column on the Task/Activity tab in ascending order, click once on the column heading. If you click on the same column again, Stat changes the sorting to descending.

Adding a New Task

You can add tasks to a project at any time.

To add a task:

On the Task/Activity tab, click New....
Because tasks are always associated with a CSR, you need to select an available CSR from the project list before adding the new task.

In the Select CSR dialog box, select a CSR and click OK.
Stat opens the Edit Activity window.

Follow the procedure for creating tasks in Tasks and Time Entries .

The CSR/Task List Region

The CSR/Task list region displays read-only information about CSRs and tasks.

CSR/Task Column

Displays the CSR number and a brief description, followed by its tasks. The list is sorted chronologically by start date.

Start Column

The start date and time of the CSR and task.

End Column

The due date and time of the CSR and task.

Duration Column

The life cycle of the CSR or task measured in days and hours.

% Complete Column

The completion percentage of the tasks.

Assigned To Column

The user responsible for the CSR or task.
