Define Operator Properties

Select Operators from the Agent node in the Object Explorer.

in the toolbar.

Complete the fields as necessary. Review the following for additional information:
Notification options
Specify the following options for notifying the operator.
Email name
Enter the email address where notifications for this operator are sent. To send a test notification to this address, click Test.
Net send address
Enter a network address to display a pop-up notification on this operator's screen. To send a test notification to this address, click Test.
Pager email name
Enter the pager email address where notifications for this operator are sent. To send a test page to this address, click Test.
Pager activation schedule
If you entered a pager email address in Notification options, select whether this email address is:

Always active

Only active during following times. If you select this option, select the checkbox in the Pager schedule list, and set the start and end times when notifications are sent to the pager.
