Export window defaults to table name, instead of name of last file saved, when saving file

Previously, in Toad for Oracle, when selecting to Export Dataset from a data grid, the file name always defaulted to the last file saved by the export.  Starting in v12.11, the behavior is if you export a dataset where the data was generated from SQL that queried one table, then the file name defaults to the table name.  If you export a dataset where the data was generated from SQL that queried multiple tables, then the file name defaults to the name of the last saved file.  Is it possible to always get it to default to the last file name that was saved?
