This job purges all data regarding deleted archive sets. It is service domain independent and needs to be set up only once to purge deleted archive set data across all service domains.

Retention Days parameter: Enter the number of days for which you want to retain data regarding deleted archive sets.

Purge Error Log Tables

This job purges entries from the Stat Central Agent error logs. It is recommended that you keep at least 7 to 14 days worth of history for troubleshooting purposes.

Retention Days parameter: Enter the number of days for which you want to retain Stat Central Agent error logs.

Purge Migration Event Tables

This job purges entries from the Stat Central Agent migration logs. It is recommended that you keep at least 7 to 14 days worth of history for troubleshooting purposes.

Retention Days parameter: Enter the number of days for which you want to retain Stat Central Agent migration logs.

Stat Central Agent Purge System-Generated Logs

This job purges CSR logs created by the Stat Central Agent. These logs primarily document outbound email messages. Other messages include locked/unlocked CSRs.

Inbound and outbound email detail logs will not be purged by this job.

Retention Days parameter: Enter the number of days for which you want to retain CSR logs. 7 days is the default.
