Native tools for most servers

The following table identifies the common management tools that are available for most servers, including Exchange, BlackBerry, OCS, Lync, and Skype for Business:

Computer Management

Allows you to manage a single local or remote computer. The Computer Management console combines several administration utilities you can use to do the following:

Event Viewer

Allows you to gather information about hardware, software, system problems, and to monitor Windows security events. Event Viewer records events in the application, security, and system.

Services

Allows you to start, stop, and configure Windows services.

Active Directory Users and Computers

Allows you to administer user accounts, computer accounts, groups, and organizational units (OUs).

Right-click a server and select Resolve | Launch <tool name>.

Native tools for Exchange

The following table identifies the specific management tools available for your Exchange servers:

Exchange 2013 Admin Center

Allows you to access the Exchange 2013 Admin Center. For more information, see http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj150562(v=exchg.150).aspx.

Exchange Management Console

Allows you to manage your Exchange 2007/2010 servers organization.

Right-click a server and select Resolve | Launch <tool name>.

Native tools for Lync/Skype for Business

Lync/Skype Server Control Panel

Allows you to add and configure your Lync/Skype environment.

Right-click a server and select Resolve | Launch <tool name>.

Native tools for Office 365

The following table identifies the portals that you can access to manage your Office 365 environment:

Office 365 Admin Center

Allows an Office 365 administrator to manage user accounts and settings for Office 365. Provides access to your tenant Exchange Online and Skype for Business Online configuration.

Right-click the node and select Resolve | Launch <tool name>.
