Description:	Returns a random integer between 0 and nMax. Each virtual user gets a different seed value to generate the same unique sequences for each run.
Parameters:	nMax-The maximum integer to be returned by the function.
Syntax:	$BFRand(nMax)
Example:	$BFRand(100) ; returns "45"
