You may be receiving a continuous alerts on long running SQL Sp_server_diagnostics on the databases that are running on SQL server 2012.
So, how would you suppress only this Sp_server_diagnostics email alerts?
This will be possible in version 10.0. The new alarm actions feature has the ability to match an alarm on the alarm text and then suppress it.
