SSAS 2017 has a performance counter defect as stated by the following Microsoft link:

This SSAS 2017 issue is addressed with Microsoft SQL Server Cumulative Patch 3 (CU3). Spotlight 12.3 has been correct to reflect the fix from Microsoft and hence results in SSAS 2017 that are "not" patched with CU3 to display the Win32 error. As the issue pertains to SQL Server itself, please make sure your SQL Server is patched with at least CU3.
