Objects from previous Spotlight version not removed before upgrade to 4.5.2.
WORKARUOND 1
Drop any users that previously had been used for Spotlight, and recreate the Spotlight user through the Oracle Wizard.
WORKAROUND 2
Try running the manual install script located on the client machine where the Spotlight console is installed (script and readme located by default in:C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Spotlight\Plug-ins\SoO\OracleScripts)
