When trying to map a site to a different relative URL from Multi-Geo source tenant to Single-Geo target tenant, you should prepare a .CSV file as shown below:

If the target is Multi-Geo and not the source, you will have to modify the second header to "Target Location".
In case both source and target are Multi-Geo tenants, the .CSV file for mapping should look like this:
