WORKAROUND 1:
Rebuild the module by using a shell script attached
- The QSAcmd.sh needs to be copied to the QSA bin directory. This is where QSAStart.sh is located.
- You need to give the file QSAcmd.sh execute privs: as follows chmod a+x QSAcmd.sh.
- Then when you want to change the password run the following command execute: ./QSAcmd.sh -P<new></new>NOTE: If the ./QSAcmd.sh does not work, you must request from support another file called QSApwd.sh. This file should be used after a fresh install of QSA not after the first workaround with QSAcmd.sh fails.
WORKAROUND 2:
If the module is not corrupt: a. cd to the QSA bin directory, and you can update the password by doing the following: cd $QSA_INSTALL_Dir/Quest/QSA/<<sid></sid>>/bin qexecd -P<new></new>
