Log Shipping Plans can't be reinitialized.
Log Shipping is not set up to collect information automatically, it must be enabled by the user.
1 - Open the LiteSpeed Console UI on the Publisher Instance.
2 - Go to Log Shipping
3 - Click on the Publisher Instance.
4 - Expand the Log Shipping Plans of the instance in question
5 - Select the Log Shipping Plan which is failing
6 - Enable the read subscriber information option.

7 - Reinitialize the Log Shipping Plan
