Code Tester has the functionality to disable test cases. On doing so, it leads to error: "PLS-00302: component Q##PACKAGE_NAME must be declared".
Steps to Reproduce:
Prerequisites:
1. A package
2. 1 test case has been written for 1 procedure in this package
3. Disable test case.
4. Refresh Program List.
5. Select procedure from program list.
6. Create a new test case for this procedure.
7. Save and run the package.

Issue fixed in version 2.0. The latest version of Quest Code Tester for Oracle can be downloaded at http://support.quest.com/Search/SearchDownloads.aspx.
