Refreshing Data Grid sorted in DESC order does not jump to the first row with newly committed dat (4275457)

I have the Schema Browser opened and have selected a table.  I click on the Data tab and sort it in DESC.  I have the first row of the sorted column selected. 

Someone in another session decides to add/commit new data to the same table.  In my Schema Browser, once a new data is inserted and I do a refresh, I notice that the newly inserted data is not automatically displayed unless you scroll up or hit the "First Record" button.  I shouldn't have to hit "First Record" or scroll up after a refresh - a refresh should automatically do this.
