I would like to delete the registry entries entered and start fresh, I have about 15 of them entered, how do I highlight more than one registration entry to select them all and delete them?
It's not possible to select more than one registration entry at a time.
WORKAROUND:
To clear out all Registration entries, try the following:
1. Close the QBR.
2. Browse to default folder - C:\Documents and Settings\<USER_NAME>\Local Settings\Application Data\Quest Software\Backup Reporter.
3. Locate the file ‘config.xml’ and rename the file to ‘config.xml.OLD’.
4. Re-launch the QBR and the entries will be gone.
