1. Apply this hotfix on Agent http://support.microsoft.com/kb/833167
2. Perform chkdsk on all volumes
3. Open command prompt and type:
vssadmin add shadowstorage /For=F: /On=F: /Maxsize=unbounded
4. Change receive buffers to 512 for NIC (on Core-Agent)

5. Do steps from resolution on agent

6. After all steps are complete restart agent and force snap again
