Unable to PXE Boot VMware VMs to Legacy iPXE with more than one vCPU (4314237)

When PXE booting using the Legacy iPXE boot file (undionly.kpxe), the boot.wim is downloaded to 100%, then it goes to a black screen and never gets past that point. This issue occurs on a VMware VM with more than 1 vCPU on virtual hardware versions 10 and 11. 

Note: This issue only occurs when booting using the undionly.kpxe boot file, ipxe.efi is not affected.

There are several options for workarounds:

• Update to ESXi 6.7 or higher with Hardware Version 14 or higher.

            OR

• Edit the Virtual Machine hardware settings to use only a single vCPU with one core, at least for the duration of the capture or deployment
• Boot to KBE using the ISO that can be downloaded from the boot environment detail page
• Leverage UEFI firmware instead of Legacy BIOS
