Note: This feature updates multiple tickets within the same queue. Selecting "All Queues" in the view will not show "Bulk Ticket Update" in the "Choose Action" drop down menu.
Note: "Status" field cannot be updated using "Bulk Ticket Update".

How to change the "Status" on multiple tickets:
Bulk ticket update validates the info that is going to be updated on each ticket. If it fails for any reason, none of the changes are applied. (Example: A required field missing)
