Slogic logon script is not running on a user's machine

This can be caused by several factors:

• There may be an issue with the machine communicating with the domain.
• SLogic.bat may not be assigned as the user's logon script.
• The user account could have the logon script pointing to the wrong location (subfolder within Netlogon).
• Anti-virus software or another security application might be blocking the required executables.

Verify the connection to the domain:

• From Run type %LogonServer%\Netlogon ; which should show the Netlogon share on your Domain Controller.
• From the CMD line run "GPresult /R" it should return your Group Policy information.
• From the CMD line run Ping and try to ping your Domain Name.

If any of these do not return an expected result then the machine may have an issue communicating with the domain.

Review the logon script information in the Active Directory:

• Open Active Directory Users and Computers.
• Search for the affected user.
• Select the "Profile" tab.
• Verify that the "Logon script" field shows Slogic.bat or Slogic.
