An alarm is created on EST FMS say at 6pm, fail over occurs soon thereafter, now on CST FMS which is now the primary the alarm still shows 6pm.
The design of the HA is that once an alert is generated it is time stamped with the originating FMSs time zone. Just because a fail over occurs we cannot go back and regenerate the timestamp on the alert.
