You will need to run the SPID Installer in Windows "Compatibility Mode". How To:
1. Open Windows Control Panel and in the "Search Control Panel" box, type 'troubleshooting'
2. Click on the 'Troubleshooting' icon that comes up.
3. Click 'Programs'
4. Click 'Program Compatibility' | click 'Next'
5. When you get to the list of programs, select "Not Listed" and point to the Spid-5_5_0-install_windows-ia32.exe
6. click Next | Try Recommended Settings | (Windows Compatibility Mode type will be suggested) - click 'Start Program'
7. Proceed through the installation.
