The Webmonitor transactions are created successfully. The agent manager is collecting data as seen in the logs but transactions are not shown on the Webmonitor performance dashboard.

WORKAROUND:
1. Go to Agent Manager host.
2. Stop Agent Manager.
3. Go to Quest Directory | Foglight Agent Manager | state | default | cache.
4. Take backup of files 'Upstream_control.cache' and 'Upstream_data.cache' anywhere.
5. Delete these two files.
6. Start Agent Manager.
