WORKAROUND
Download the attached 7.3.2.16 cartridge from this KB article and install it to the FMS using Cartridge Inventory. Deploy the cartridge the FglAM if necessary after the installation.
STATUS
This issue has been logged as HFIX-562 and will be fixed in an upcoming release of the Oracle cartridge.
