Unable to log in with Administrator using a known password
Administrator login would fail saying an invalid/wrong password was been used. Keyboard layout was confirmed to be typing in the expected password and same happened even after resetting the administrator password to the default.
Change the administrator password to a simple password such as "password", confirm administrator can login now, then change the password to default or user's preference. This can be done through web or command line "user --setpassword --name <username>"
If no alternate account is available please contact support to reset the administrator password.
