The anti-virus exclusions in this article are for KACE Desktop Authority (KDA) version 10.1 and above. Please see attached documents for older versions of KACE Desktop Authority.
NOTE: Starting In KACE Desktop Authority version 10.1, the file paths have been changed from *\Dell to *\Quest due to rebranding. This change necessitates either creating new exception entries or modifying previously existing exceptions that have been functioning as desired with earlier versions of KACE Desktop Authority. This article is intended to address anti-virus exceptions as they relate to KACE Desktop Authority version 10.1 only.
