An error occurred during Web App creation: Invalid username or password (4300372)

When creating Office 365 or Azure template, the following error is showing:

An error occurred during Web App creation: Invalid username or password

However, when looking in Azure | App Registration, the ChangeAuditor App has properly been created

This could be due to issues with the Clock on the Agent host

Since the Host timestamp is used to create the WebApp, if the Host Clock is not setup properly, this lead to failure authenticate

1. To confirm, open Regedit
2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Quest\ChangeAuditor\Agent\Logging
3. Modify the LoggingLevel value to: 6
4. Create a new Azure/Office 365 Template
5. Open C:\Program Files\Quest\ChangeAuditor\Agent\Logs\MicrosoftCloudPlugins.Log.nptlog
6. Check if the Error message contains the following:
   • The provided client secret keys are expired. 
7. If so, on the Agent Host, make sure to setup the Clock to use a proper NTP Server and synchronize
8. Wait a few minutes then try to create a new Template
9. If this succeed, return the LogginLevel to 2 in step
10. Otherwise, please open a Service Request with out Technical Support Team and provide the logs from the Agent Host
