Threshold job repeatedly attempts to archive excluded message class (IPM.Note.OpenText.Archived.Linked) (4381182)

Since the latest Archive Manager update (to 8.10), the Threshold job is repeatedly attempting to archive messages with the message class IPM.Note.OpenText.Archived.Linked, even though this class is excluded from archiving. This leads to recurring errors: Failed to archive message >> PamExHandler: E110 This message class is not supported or the message is already archived. (IPM.Note.OpenText) ErrorCode: 800A0219 Threshold behavior The Threshold job queues approximately 550,000 messages. Each attempt to archive an item of the excluded class results in the above error. 

Excluded message class not defined completely.

Message classes to be excluded should be listed completely, not just partially (using "starts with" substring pattern).

In above scenario, Message Class should have been defined as IPM.Note.OpenText.Archived.Linked instead of substring "IPM.Note.OpenText"
