Dear KACE as a Service Customer,

KACE as a Service Migration is Finalizing! This migration is mandatory and cannot be opted out of.

We would like to coordinate you and your teams to schedule this process, which will involve a DNS change and potentially an update to your Site-to-Site VPN configuration, if applicable.

To schedule a Migration, please click on the link below and select a date and time. We will reach out to you with more specifics regarding the migration after a date and time has been scheduled.

Please Schedule an Appointment by November 1st in order to not get forcefully migrated.


Please use this Schedule Migration to schedule the network migration at your earliest convenience. 

Important Information:

  • A DNS change will be necessary as we will be assigning a new Public IP address. We recommend making this change either during or before the migration. For specific guidance please consult with your network and DNS specialists.
  • If you are using a Site-to-Site VPN, it will need to be re-established during the migration to accommodate the new network setup. You will receive a Site to Site VPN Form that must be filled out an returned with at least two business days before the migration.
