Rapid Recovery Product Notification

We have identified 2 issues with Rapid Recovery 6.8.400

1. VMWare agentless backups failing for Windows machines:  RR-111388
2. Upgrading the agent to version 6.8.400 causes the backups to fail for CentOS 7.X machines: RR-111389

How does this affect me?

If using Rapid Recovery with version 6.8.400, you may experience issues in your VMWare environment or if you are trying to backup CentOS 7.X machines.

Resolution

We have resolved this issue in version 6.8.402. To verify if your version of Rapid Recovery is affected,

1. Log into the Rapid Recovery Core Console 
2. Click the Help menu drop down in the top toolbar 
3. Select About to confirm what version you have installed 

We recommend that all Rapid Recovery 6.8 users upgrade to the latest version.
