Unified Communications Diagnostics Product Notification

We are excited to announce a new release of Unified Communications Diagnostics.

Look what's new in 8.6.3:

• Works with TLS 1.2 on Exchange Server 2016
• TLS 1.0 and 1.1 are deprecated
• Support is added for OAuth 2.0 (modern authentication) using EWS for some Office 365 tests
• New fields are added to the connection page when you are connecting to Office 365 
• Support is added for Exchange 2016 CU 16, Exchange 2013 CU 23 and Exchange 2019 CU 10

NOTE: Please refer to upgrading from a previous version section for important steps involved in version upgrade. 

Version 8.5.x is in limited support and scheduled to be discontinued on June 30, 2023.

Version 8.6 is scheduled to go into limited support on May 31, 2023 and discontinued support on November 1, 2023.
