On Demand Migration Product Notification

Quest On Demand Migration will be undergoing a software update on the following dates: 

  • On Demand Migration organizations hosted in Canada and APJ regions between 4pm and 6:30pm UTC on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 
  • On Demand Migration organizations hosted in US, EU and UK regions between 4pm and 6:30pm UTC on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 

This update includes downtime, affecting all organizations in the corresponding regions. 

How does this affect me? 

During this scheduled downtime, customers of On Demand Migration will not be able to access their migration projects for approximately 15 minutes during the 2 hours maintenance window. Unfortunately, we cannot provide customers with an exact time window when organizations will be unavailable during the maintenance. 

All running migration jobs will be paused by the backend during maintenance and resume automatically after completing the software update. 

Action Required? 

There is no action required for On Demand Migration customers.
