KACE Systems Management Appliance 13.0

We are excited to announce the release of Version 13.0 for theKACE Systems Management Appliance
Look what's new:
  • Actionable User Notifications: A wide range of predefined notification configurations are now included, such as Security or Patching, making it easier than ever to take action on items.
  • Simplified Software Uninstallation: You can now quickly either add or remove a Software Catalog item from a Managed Installation using the Software Catalog Detail page.
  • Easy Certificate Management Integration: Let's Encrypt is a free, automated, open certificate authority (CA), which simplifies adding SSL to your KACE environment. 
  • Google Workspace Authentication Integration: The appliance can authenticate users using Google Workspace credentials starting in this release.
  • Service Desk Attachment Virus Scanning: This automated process ensures that all ticket attachments will be scanned before they are added to the tickets.
  • Service Desk Attachment Distribution through email: The appliance can now email files that are attached to the ticket instead of providing file links. You can also add file attachments to email templates when needed.
  • New OS support: Support has been added for a number of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems to keep your environment fully managed.
