According to our records, you are using a legacy hardware-based physical appliance. It is very likely that this physical server no longer has production support from the server manufacturer.

Dell EMC PowerEdge 12G Server Hardware is no longer supported by Dell. The appliance Hardware has a maximum 5 years of warranty support from the date of purchase.

The last supported date for the 12G hardware was May 2020. Note further, the Dell EMC PowerEdge 13G Server support is also based upon the 5-year purchase date, with the last possible support date of April 2023.

In addition, future upgrades may not be possible.

Workaround

To resolve this situation, migration to a virtual appliance is required.
