Microsoft has recently made a change to the SharePoint Online interface that affects ControlPoint Online audit log reports and sensitive document analysis reports.
How does this affect me?
To access the audit logs from SPO, Microsoft requires that a subscription to the SPO audit service be made first. The behavior of the subscription request process has changed, which can result in ControlPoint Online not always getting access to the audit logs for report generation. This change by Microsoft will affect all previous version of ControlPoint Online.
Resolution
ControlPoint Online customers who are experience issues with the audit log reports should upgrade to Metalogix ControlPoint 8.4 (8.4.0.3299) Update.
