Dear KACE SDA customer,

As a part of our continued effort to provide a world-class solution to our customers, we want to inform you of some changes that are occurring with the KACE Systems Deployment Appliance release.

With the release of version 7.0, customers who have expired maintenance will be impacted in the following ways: 

  • Users will not be able to access the driver feed tool, updates or downloads (except critical security updates)
  • Users will be unable to initiate OS updates
  • Users will not be able to upgrade their appliance to a newer version
  • Some workbench tools will be disabled
  • Access to Support will be unavailable
